Original era manufacture. A beautiful example of the regulation US Army officers sword adopted in 1902. This example served a US Army officer when assigned to the Coastal Artillery prior to WWII. German manufacture, Ridabock NY logo on the ricasso. The chrome finished blade measures 32 inches in length, with etched panels with frosted background on each side. Nickel guard and backstrap with a black painted alloy grip. Dent free chrome finished scabbard, original leather sword knot wrapped around the guard. A very clean example, and still the regulation sword in use today.
