Bayonets German
German Imperial Era, Argentine M1891 Mauser Rifle Bayonet

Bayonets German
German Imperial Era, Argentine M1891 Mauser Rifle Bayonet

Item #50334 : Original era manufacture. Imperial German quality manufacture, beautiful polished steel blade measuring 16 inches in length, no pitting or staining, as nice as the day it was made. Nothing of the Argentine crest remains on the ricasso, usually the serial number can be seen, however this worker took his job seriously, and obliterated every marking on that side. On the opposite side, the name Weyersburg Kirschbaum & Co. Solingen, was untouched. Bright steel finished guard and pommel with light corrosion staining from age and long storage, with the lock button working as it should. Pleasing brass patina finish to the matching grip plates.Dent free blue finished steel scabbard with nearly 100% of the finish remaining. Serial number C3401 just above the frog stud.

Price: $135.00
