Item #50476 : Original era manufacture. A solid example of a real WWII Luftwaffe M1935 double decal helmet, with decals as shown.Partial original leather liner, with a good quality replacement chinstrap. All rivets are present with slot washers in place.The exterior of the helmet displays a dark patina finish, with scattered areas of light surface corrosion, overall a toned patina look to it. The interior of the helmet also has corrosion staining, particularly in the crown area, which likely accounts for the partial liner. A sound old helmet, unquestionably real. The rolled edges measure 9 inches across.
