Original era manufacture. A sound example which is SMF proofed on the blade and a Luftwaffe eagle 5 proof on the base of the marlinspike. The cutting edge has been lightly sharpened and scratches can be seen on the blade surface. The springs are not broken and everything works as it should, the metal fittings are bright and clean and there is a period looking length of brown leather on the ring loop. Someone carved the initials R.M.W. into the right grip panel.
