Original era manufacture. Russet leather pouch with a rimmed eagle securing button. Numerous inspectors initials and 1915 date on the reverse. I think these were used with the brown leather garrison belt for guard duty. There is a small tear on the rear of the top at the crease. Clean otherwise.
