Original era manufacture.  Imperial German quality manufacture, clean polished steel blade measuring 15 inches in length with a clear Argentine crest on the ricasso. Bright steel finish guard and pommel, with matching serial numbers guard to scabbard. Nice quality dark brown leather frog with a securing snap closure. Blue and steel patina finish scabbard in very clean condition with a single shallow dent on the reverse. All in all a very fine example of the type.
