Original era manufacture. Brown wool felt bush hat with a wide leather sweatband, and an attached leather chinstrap.The sweatband is clearly maker marked, Adam Ashworth & Sons, Bury, Ltd., with a 1942 date below, and Broad Arrow proof, size marked 7.The hat is clean with no moth issues, but is without the metal emblem on the left side.
