Original period manufacture. Dark blue doeskin wool body, with red wool collar, cuffs and piping. Double breasted front, with it's full complement of yellow color buttons. Single embroidered star on each collar side for the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Quilted white silk body lining, with red satin lined skirts. Hollywood installed false collar lining in the front, easily removed if desired. Size about a 38, no moth issues.
