Original era manufacture. Purchased this from an old friend (40 years plus) at the Pomona Show, he told me he bought the helmet when he was 16 years old, he's in his 60's now.Original, pale feldgrau paint finish with original decals as shown. The shell exhibits numerous bullet and impact strikes, with two thin red paint stripes.Certainly a conversation piece of a fairly scarce WWII German Army helmet.
