Original era manufacture. Private purchase quality, enlisted Hussar side cap of a fine dark red wool. FJI cypher on the front with two decorative brass buttons. At one time the interior had a cardboard stiffener which was placed behind the lining. This has since dried out and become quite fragile. The thin cloth lining and sweatband are present but loose. No moth issues to mention, but the interior needs some TLC from someone who knows what they are doing. We can help with a recommendation if you would like one.
