Item #68737 : Original period manufacture. Hooked guard, flat bird head pommel contoured wood grips, bright finish blade, original leather frog. A nice WWII example with a bright finish blade displaying minor staining along it's length. Mix of blue and steel patina to the guard and pommel, original finish grips. Nice original leather frog, blue steel finish scabbard, few shallow dents, surface corrosion on the reverse.
