Original era manufacture. Instituted during the reign of King Leopold II 1865-1909 and awarded in several classes. Presented to public servants for a minmum of 25 years service. This is a very nice, early quality example which appears to be made of silver. No enamel damage, nice old original ribbon showing some wear.
