Original era manufacture. A very well made, one-piece brass letter opener measuring 10 inches in length. The grip is made in the form of an ancient Knight with a mace in his hands. The only markings can be found on the blade, "made in Belgium". Possibly made from artillery shell brass. Normal age and wear.
