Original era manufacture. A large, intricately woven, Queen's pattern crown badge, as worn on the chests of the Famed Beefeaters of the Tower of London.I believe by the quality of the embroidery and design features, that this insignia dates to the time of Queen Victoria. It measures 6 x 4 inches, and displays wear commensurate with it's age but is quite sound for display.
