Original era manufacture. All leather construction with brass fittings. Twelve pockets to carry 60 rounds of rifle ammunition. The leather is sound, pliable, with some surface dryness on the edges of the closure straps.  I have seen this also referred to as a Boer pattern bandolier. Stamped in two places Martins Birmingham 1902. Missing the steadying strap, the slot is present.
