Original period manufacture. A trio of original medals earned by Private Alfred Pashley 1306, 82nd Regiment of Foot, Prince of Wales Volunteers.Queen's Crimea medal with clasp for Sebastopol, depot impressed naming, 1306. Pt. A. Pashley. 82nd. Regt. P.W. Volt.Long Service and Good Conduct Medal, small letter reverse, named 1306 A. Pashley. 82nd. Regt.Turkish Crimea medal, Sardinian Issue, unnamed as issued, fitted with a replacement scroll suspension. Normal age and wear to the medals, each has an older ribbonincluded.Alfred Pashley was 20 years old when he attested for the Royal Army in 1839. He served abroad in the Crimea for 1 year, 4 months and received his discharge in 1860, after 21 years servicewith the colors.His conduct was noted as "Very Good", receiving five good conductbadges, he was never tried by Court Martial, and his name was never entered into the regimental defaulters book. Sold with copies of his discharge paperwork and copies of the Crimea medal roll with Sebastopol clasp.
