Original era manufacture. East and West Africa Campaign medal awarded to 766 Corporal T. Leydon, 1st West Indies Regiment. A clean medal with a dark silver patina, minimal edge bumping and clear markings. Older correct ribbon.Thomas Leydon appears on the rolls for the Third Ashanti Campaign, and was awarded a medal without clasp. The medal comes with copied rolls and discharge papers in 1875.
