Original era manufacture. British medal, Egypt and Sudan. 1882 - 89, undated reverse. The man's name has been removed, however his service number, 341, remains intact.This checks out to be Private R. McGurk, Gordon Highlanders, who appears on the rolls for this medal. Replaced ribbon.
