Original era manufacture. A very clean example of this well made British bayonet. Bright steel blade with numerous markings on the ricasso, including a date of 10/93.Original finish wooden grips secured with two brass rivets, there is a thin crack in one grip plate, extending from the oil hole to the base of the polished steel pommel.Very sound black leather bodied scabbard with intact stitching and steel chape. Very nice condition brown leather frog, maker marked and dated 1903.
