Original period manufacture. A clean example, second pattern with two brass rivets and washers, the oil cleaning opening is just behind the second brass rivet. Numerous acceptance proof marks on the reverse ricasso, the earliest being '99. No scabbard,  scattered nicks in the cutting edge, no corrosion issues to the blade, but old cleaned corrosion pitting on the pommel.
