Original era manufacture. Yataghan blade which measures nearly 23 inches in length, with fullers on both sides, Kirschbaum logo on the ricasso. Checkered leather grips, 3 rivets on the right side, 4 on the left. The muzzle ring measures 18mm indicating its being bushed down from 20mm width for perhaps the Martini carbine. The blade is bright with scattered areas of graying and spotting. Very nice black leather scabbard body with metal throat and chape.
