Original era manufacture. A British 1853 pattern bayonet for the Enfield rifle, bushed in 1872 to fit the new Martini-Henry rifle. The bright steel blade measures 17 inches in length, with an overall length of 20.25 inches. Very clean condition, no scabbard.
