Original period manufacture. Original era real photo postcard of a Cameron Highlander, Postmarked November 24, 1905. On his chest he wears an Egypt Campaign medal with what looks to be 2 clasps, and the Khedive Star. Nice little note written on the reverse with a period cancellation.
