Original era manufacture. A near new condition cavalry enlisted tunic with it's original paper label inside. The label is very complete and legible, and it identifies this tunic as for a Hussar regiment, with a manufacture date of July 1913. The tunic is bright and clean, all of the frogging is tightly sewn to the body, no tears, stains or moth damage in evidence. Size about a 36. The busby is of newer manufacture, perhaps for ceremonial use in today's Royal Army. Imitation fur body, with a red wool top covering trimmed in yellow wool cording. White cotton, bag-type lining, brass linked chinstrap sewn to a black leather backing. Clean, light wear and use.
