Original period manufacture. Nice quality hand made insignia, featuring a velvet and wire crown, with velvet crossed flag, with wire cords and pole points. One small moth bite smack dab in the middle, in use from 1901-1953. I would lean towards an earlier period, rather than late. Measures roughly 4 x 4.5 inches.
