Original era manufacture. Pre 1884 brown leather belt with a brass two-piece interlocking buckle with a Queen's crown. The leather belt apparently was used as a souvenir or hate belt at one time as several holes and outlines of removed insignia can be seen on its surface. From the online research we have done in appears that in 1884 the Royal Army changed the name Army Hospital Corps to Royal Army Medical Corps. Solid early belt.
