Original period manufacture. White painted leather strap, rather short in length which leads me to believe it may have seen use as a cadet, or perhaps something worn by a child in imitation of Dad's uniform. Black patent leather pouch with a gilt metal cannon, missing the monarch's crown. Shows wear and use but not broken.
