Original period manufacture. A fine condition old bayonet, brass grip and guard  with a 21.5 inch polished steel blade. Very clear markings on the ricasso, with no issues regarding the steel blade. Unit marked on the pommel, 28, 9 Co. The cleanest example we have ever offered, no scabbard.
