Original period manufacture. Wonderfully tinted image of a seated British soldier of the Victorian era. On his chest he wears 3 medals, likely the Crimea, Indian Mutiny & Turkish Crimea. On the photographers table next to him is and enlisted pill box cap bearing the insignia of the Somerset Light Infantry, the famed 13th foot. Unmarked reverse.
