Original era manufacture. Interesting lot of buttons and cap badges as worn by anofficer in the Lancashire Fusilers. The lot includes a dress cap badge of gilded and silvered finish, a subdued cap badge with attaching prongs and maker marked JR Gaunt London on it's reverse, four large tunic buttons of silvered copper bearing theRoman Numerals XX (pre 1881 I believe), six smaller cuff or vest buttons bearing XX and an assortment of initialed vest or cuffbuttons. All livehappily in this vintage Maupin & Webb cardboard box.
