Original era manufacture. Fine officers quality scarlet wool tunic with pale yellow wool collar and cuffs. All buttons are present, gold wire trim on the cuffs and collar with bullion embroidered roses on each side of the collar. Gold wire shoulder knots with three stars for the rank of Captain. Hand applied ribbons on the left side for the India Medal 1895-1902, Queen's South Africa and King's South Africa. The tunic displays well but does show some scattered mothing, most located on the back of the tunic. Complete padded lining showing light age and wear, no damage. Small size, about a 36 regular.
