Original era manufacture. British WWI ceramic Crestware submarine E1. On one side are details regarding the boats service during WWI; Commander Noel Laurence, Large German Transport Sunk 7/30/1915,German Cruiser Moltke torpedoed 8/19/1915. Top portion of the periscope is missing. We have a near identical example in our own collection.
