Original era manufacture. The case opening measures 85 mm across, and the case stands 11.5 inches in height, with a 6-16 headstamp on the base. The primer has been removed, with a really great little cruciform brass cross which fits across the base and prevents the primer from being struck in transit.The steel projectile stands 9.75 inches in height, with an orange colored ring below the fuze opening. Inside the opening is a threaded brass collar which I cannot remove, inside a piece of steel which creates a bit of a racket when turning the projectile end to end. Empty of all explosives.
