Original era manufacture. A clean example of a standard pattern 07 bayonet with a mix of blue finish to blade, guard and pommel. The patina finish blade is clean, point sharp, no sharpening issues, with a faint makers marking, APMA (Chapman) and date of 17.The pommel is in the bright at present, displaying clear unit markings, R.E. 24 CO 292. Original finish wood grips displaying wear and use. Black painted, leather bodied scabbard, with a blue finish throat and chape.
