Original era manufacture. Steel patina blade finish. No issues with the blade, no nicks or corrosion, point remains sharp. Numerous markings on the ricasso, with a faint makers name of WILKINSON.  Steel patina finish to the guard and pommel, with dark wood grips, displaying typical marring and denting from service use. On the left side grip is a fairly clear crown proof.Smooth finish black leather bodied scabbard, with stamped markings and a blue finish to the throat and chape.
