Original period manufacture. Standard pattern 07 bayonet with a rather blurred production date which looks to be 6 18. At the base of the blade on the reverse side is the name VICKERS, reportedly this company (along with Mole) produced the smallest amount of 1907 bayonets during WWI. Nice blue finished blade, sound wooden grips with the large, Vickers style, oil opening on the pommel. Three rivet construction in the scabbard throat, nice brown harness leather frog with stitched and copper rivet construction.
