Original era manufacture. A very sound example of the British steel helmet ofWWI. HS-90 code stamped into the underside of the rim, pliable original leather chinstrap and a complete original liner which appears unused. Light amount of surface corrosion on the top of the helmet, but remaining a very solid example throughout. US troops were also issued with British made helmets during the war.
