Original era manufacture. Classic WWI British soldier trio, a set of medals fondly refered to as Pip, Squeak and Wilfred. All medals are named to Pte T.Nelms with the same service number 3133, Cheshire Regiment.Doing some initial research on Ancestry.Com, we found a listing for a 3133 Thomas Nelms' 1914-15 star with the rather somber "Disembodied" entry with a date of March 1919. Interestingly the same document lists the same service number to a soldier named James Campbell who was KIA in 1917. It is a rather well-worn looking set with well used and faded ribbons, a set well worth some additional research time.
