Original era manufacture. British WWI named Victory medal and ribbon, named on the edge to 23100 Pte C. Scotland SCO.RIF. Charles Scotland, killed in action 13 August 1916. The Ancestry records show both a service number of 23100, and 23109, likely an input error.
