Original era manufacture. A very nice 1907 bayonet made by Sanderson and dated 12'1? on the ricasso. Very clean blade without issues, with a one inch band of blue finish at the base of the blade. Sound, original finish wooden grips, blue steel finish to the guard and pommel, with polished highlights, unit marked on the pommel IWTS 156. Standard pattern leather bodied scabbard with a blue steel finish to the throat and chape. 1914 pattern brown leather frog with a brass adjusting buckle, missing the tip of the adjusting strap. Oiled finish to the guard which fits the scabbard properly.
