Original era manufacture. Printed cotton handkerchief measuring 18x25 inches, with the image of the battleship HMS Queen Elizabeth at center, and the HMS Victory in the upper right corner. Spelt out in signal flags is the famous command issued by Lord Nelson prior to the battle of Trafalgar in 1805, "England expects every man to do his duty". Faded from age, one small wear spot near the center, clean otherwise for its 100 year age.
