Original era manufacture. British WWI Silver War Badge presented to Private George Clarkson 17612, discharged on the 11th of December 1916 due to sickness. On his record card it is noted that he served overseas with his regiment.This badges were awarded to British service men and women, who were discharged prior to the end of WWI, due to wounds or illness. Numbered on the bottom 91430.
