Original era manufacture. Silver British WWI War Medal, named on the edge to 2503036 SPR S.J.RAYDEN CRT. Do a google search for 2503036 Rayden attestation, and the Canadian Great War Project site will come up, click on the link, then scroll down to download his information. London England born Sydney John Rayden, born in 1877, he enlisted in October 1917 while a resident of National City California USA. He arrived in France 17 January 1918, and was invalided back to England on 8 March 1918. There is an incredible amount of information in this download regarding his service history and personal information. The edge markings are clear, good detail remains on the medal, no ribbon.
