Original era manufacture. Heavy cast steel wire cutters with three individual positions for cutting barbed wire. The cutters measure 11 inches in length.Leather construction, but not of cow, or pig hide. Brown in color with brass fittings, no visible markings or dates. Overall quite sound, normal age and wear.
