Original era manufacture. This is hard to date, but my guess would be WWII-Korea era.Well made military sporran with the name Royal Scots on the nickel silver top. White horsehair front with two black horsehair tassles. Leather covered reverse with pocket, and the name of the maker. Missing the securing button of the pocket. Normal age and wear.
