Original era manufacture. Another unissued condition example with the blade still covered in cosmoline, and the guard displaying ENGLAND, and a broad arrow, B2 proof which I believe indicates Wilkinson manufacture.The darkened brass grip displays a knurled design and nearly 100% of the finish remains intact. The brown leather scabbard retains both of its horizontal stitch-tabs, with a darkened brass chape, secured by a staple on the reverse. It is marked ENGLAND just above the elastic cloth pommel strap which is unbroken.Overall an unissued knife displaying storage wear only, with a slight musty smell from long storage.
