Original era manufacture. A well used example, of an early production Fairbairn-Sykes commando knife of WWII. Knurled brass grip, witha simple oval shaped steel guard. The blade shows considerable use, now measuring just over 6 inches in length, with a rounded point. There is a Broad Arrow, B 2 proof on the top of the guard, the leather scabbard is a variant, but fits the blade properly.A hard used example to be sure, but if it could talk could likely tell some interesting stories.
