Original era manufacture. A sound, khaki-tan canvas satchel-like carrying bag which is broad arrow marked on  the underside of the cover flap and looks to be dated 43. The bag shows light, scattered staining from service use but is quite sound.Rubber face mask with elasticized headstraps, the inner lining of the face mask is a bit crunchy, but the mask itself remains fairly pliable. Red metal filter canister is dated 41.
