Original era manufacture. British WWII Highland Division Formation Sign, letters HD in red chains stitch on a blue background, Infantry stripe below, with a square of printed Black Watch tartan. All machine sewn to a strip of British Army wool uniform material. The stitching does not fluoresce under a UV light.
