Original period manufacture. Nice quality private purchase identity disc, with Birmingham silver proofs on the reverse. Engraved on the obverse is 9683 W. (William) Wardlaw, 8th Seaforth's, Pres. (Presbyterian). He survived the war, and was awarded the 1914-15 Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal. His pension record is available on Fold.3.
